New Home

New Construction

New homes can have hidden issues despite their fresh appearance. Construction timelines are often tight, which can lead to oversights. Our new construction inspections take place after construction is complete but before your final walkthrough with the builder. We provide you with a thorough report that you can share with the builder, ensuring that any issues are addressed before you move in.

Pre-Warranty Expiration Inspections

Most new homes come with a one-year builder warranty. As your warranty period nears its end, a pre-warranty expiration inspection can give you confidence that everything in your home is still functioning as it should. We conduct a detailed inspection and provide you with a comprehensive report. You can then present this report to your builder, allowing them to address any necessary repairs before the warranty expires, saving you from potential out-of-pocket expenses.

Radon Gas Inspection

Radon is an odorless, naturally occurring gas that results from the breakdown of uranium in rocks and soil. High concentrations of radon have been found in many Middle Tennessee homes, making testing essential. Our 48-hour radon inspection provides a complete report, detailing radon levels along with temperature, humidity, and pressure readings, ensuring you have all the information needed to protect your home and family.
